Shipping Costs/Services:

- Royal Mail Standard £3.10

- Royal Mail First Class £3.70

- Royal Mail Signed For Standard £4.10

- Royal Mail Signed For First Class £4.70

- Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.80 (NOT AVAILABLE FOR PERSONALISATION ORDERS.)

- ROI: £8.00 

Please allow 14 Working days for your order to be dispatched, this excludes personalisation orders. ALL PERSONALISATION ORDERS ARE A 21 WORKING DAYS TIME FRAME. Dispatched meaning left our warehouse. We only have a 14 Working Days dispatch time frame due to the current Global Pandemic and a precaution incase anything unexpected happens resulting into processing times being delayed. We usually aim and complete to get all orders packed, processed and dispatched a few days after the order has been placed. Once dispatched your parcel should only take 3-7 working days to arrive, unless you have chosen our next day postage option.

Please note that if you have chosen Special Delivery postage this does not mean you will receive your order next day after purchasing it means once dispatched you will then receive your order the next working day. This is the same process for our First and Standard class postal services.

Order Updates: You will receive three emails from us. First email being your order confirmation, Second email being your processing email and the Third and final email being your dispatchment notification with your tracking number. (Please note you will not receive a tracking number if you have chosen Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Standard this will only be a reference number.

Once you have received your reference number or tracking number please make sure you track your order daily to make sure it’s on the correct route. If it’s been more than 7 days and your parcel still hasn’t arrived please contact us ASAP so we can talk with our courier service and find out where the parcel is. If you do not contact us within 20 days of your parcel still not arriving I’m afraid we can no longer be liable for this. This is not covered within our lost & damaged refund policy. Any orders not delivered out with this time and lost within at the couriers hands cannot be refunded. This is the courier services policy as well as our policy so always contact us if your order was shipped and not received within 7 working days.

Please Note some obvious issues may occur while in transit, this is something we cannot help and this is not covered within our refunds policy.

If your order is needed by a certain date ie for a special occasion please add this as a note to your order when ordering.
